You’re providing the wine and drinks (so saving a small fortune there alone as - mark-ups on alcohol in top restaurants are notoriously high) and have the pleasure and security of entertaining in your home.

If you have kids the chef will prepare something fun and nutritional for them and for sure they will ask for more!! And what about a different type of dinner, the chef can prepare a pasta party or a surf and turf dinner, for you and your friends or family everything you want you will have!

All clearing and cleaning is done before we leave. Any excess food is packed and stored in the refrigerator for an easy lunch the following day.

Prego! We'll transport you and your guests to the sun-drenched countryside of Tuscany, where you'll enjoy an intriguing four-course menu of seasonal, rustic, handmade old-world Italian cuisine. We'll gladly offer wine pairing recommendations, and we've even put together a downloadable itunes music soundtrack for the evening. Alcohol and music are not included.

Asparagus & shrimp risotto with shaved pecorino

Gnocchi and chicken with lemon Arrabiata (fresh tomato sauce with lemon, chilies & garlic)

Grouper in Cartoccio (fillet of Atlantic grouper, cherry tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, celery, white wine & butter in parchment opened by guest)

Caramelized shallot smothered skirt steak with roasted fingerling potatoes & red wine jus
